Manu the cheesemaker invites you to discover his cheese specialities ! Visit the cheese manufacture and the maturing cellars and taste the local products !
Meeting point: Semsales cheese factory tea-room at 10 am.

Morning on the Alp
Saturday 6th August 2011, Les Paccots (replacing date 13th August)
Discover the life of the cowherds in the chalet ! Demonstration of the craft cheese manufacture, meeting with the animals and rustic breakfast.
Meeting point: Les Paccots Tourist Office at 8 am. Hiking time about 10 minutes to the alpine chalet. CHF 18.-/adults, CHF 12.-/children

Discover the traditional cheese manufacture
Every Friday from the 1st of July to the 26th of August
Discover the traditional manufacture of "tommes" (local cheese), and taste a rustic breakfast at the Chalet Incrota.
Meeting point: Les Paccots Tourist Office at 8.00 am. CHF 10.-/adults, CHF 5.-/children from 6 years old.
