The Niremont mountain is about 1500m at its highest point and is characterized by peat bogs, wet meadows, pasture land and forest.
This protected area shelters exceptional flora and fauna and is registered in the national bog inventory.
Hiking tour – 3 hours
A hiking path binds Rathvel to the alpine chalet "La Goille au Cerf" and to Semsales. From the starting point Rathvel, follow the arrows "Niremont" and "Semsales".
