On Friday 27.08.2010 : Learn about this mysterious and strange animal through funny and educational workshops that are animated by passionate biologists.
 

The educational path "A tire d’ailes" is situated in the magnificent forest "Bois de Ban" at 930 meters of altitude. The woodpecker guides you on a wood shaving covered path and informs you about the life of the birds that live in this forest.
 

Discover the craft of cheese manufacturing over a wood fire. Every day from 8 to 10 am.
 

With the educational panels of this path you will discover the different steps of the alp cheese manufacturing.
 

On this path, families will meet animals of the farmhouse in the Chalet Incrota and around the alpine restaurant “Petit Oiseau”. A playground and a Tiny train will delight the whole family !
 

New trail !
Discover the mountain lake "Lac des Joncs" and the playground ! This path is ideal for families with small children.
 

The alpine chalet "Incrota", situated on our Family Gourmet path, owns many animals : cows, calfs, horses, goats, sheep, pigs, lamas, rabbits, chickens and geese.
 

2 Gourmet Days with an Overnight in a Mountain Pasture.

The "Lac des Joncs", situated above Les Paccots, is a very deep mountain lake and is more than 5000 years old.

The animals of the alpine restaurant "Cabane du Petit Oiseau" awaits you ! Goats, rabbits, pigs, lamas, and other animals are there for everybody's pleasure.
 

The Rathvel pond is an ancient peat bog that was exploited hundreds of years ago.
 

Departing from the Cabane du Petit Oiseau, the "P'tit train de Rathvel" above Châtel-St-Denis takes you on a ride through the pastures. The panorama is sure to enchant you.
