Pains d'anis

Cuisson : 5-8 min

Ingrédients :
• 400g de sucre
• 4 oeufs entiers
• 650g de farine
• 75g d' anis vert
• 1 c. à c.d' essence d' anis
• 1dl d'huile
• 1 c. à c. de sel
• 1 c.à carbonate d'ammoniaque

Préparation :
Casser les oeufs, ajouter le sucre, le sel, l'huile, l'anis et le carbonate. Travailler le tout au fouet pendant une dizaine de minutes. Ajouter la farine et travailler rapidement. Couvrir avec un linge et laisser reposer pendant 2 à 4 h. Pour les façonner, rouler dans le sucre en tronçons d'environ 12 cm sur 1 cm de diamètre. Cuire au four à 200° pendant 5 à 8 min.
