Poires à Botzi

Préparation : 160 min

Ingrédients :
• 3 à 4 poires à Botzi par personne
• 1 l de vin rouge
• 300g de sucre
• brun
• 1 bâton de cannelle

Préparation :
Laver les poires, enlever l'oeil et laisser la queue. Cuire le vin, le sucre et la cannelle 30 à 40 min. Ajouter les poires, cuire environ 1h 30.Vérifier la cuisson, les poires doivent être bien cuites, un peu ratatinées. Réduire le jus restant en un caramel et verser sur les poires.
