Renovated in 2019 and located in the center of Paccots this residence has training rooms and is ideal for seminars, workshops and events.

The building has been renovated using the most modern insulation techniques and the roof is almost entirely covered with photovoltaic panels. It has 34 rooms, or 86 beds.
Intended primarily for the accommodation and training of young apprentices, rooms are rented during weekends and school holidays to visiting guests.
All rooms are equipped with bathroom (shower, toilet, sink), TV and internet access.
