A bucolic route at the foot of the Teysachaux and the Dent de Lys. Some excellent local produce awaits you in one of the refreshment areas if you want to tempt your taste buds. And for the more adventurous, there's an adrenaline-filled descent as a bonus!

Starting at the car park in Pont de la Cascade, the path winds gently upwards through the forest. The view then expands to take in the focal point of the Teysachaux summit. From there, the route continues through pasture. As you walk past the mountain pasture of Le Vuipay d’En-Bas, you will see the alpine refreshment stop at Vuipay d’En-Haut. Time for a well-earned rest where you can enjoy delicious local dishes or cheese made during the summer.
Head down towards the Petit Mology chalet and then follow the path into the forest, where you may even come across a chamois. A flat forest road will offer you a brief respite before the final few bends on the path that take you back to the starting point.
For an exceptional descent, why not hire a bob-sleigh at the Buvette du Vuipay? Pack your snowshoes and poles into your backpack and slide the rest of the way at top speed! Then just strap your snowshoes back on to walk through the woods back to the starting point.
